Cuttlebug Cards for Heros

Happy Wednesday, and you know that means its time for another fun and exciting be inspired challenge at Cuttlebug Challenge Blog . This week our challenge is very special. We are Teaming up with operation write home to not only make a card, but to send it to our deployed heroes who are not at home this Holiday season. I personally feel like this is a gift we should all have on our Holiday to do list! Please join this effort to send handmade cards, we hope to see your name on the list of challenge entries this week.
So what are the challenge details? The card should follow the sketch designed by our own Cindy Royal. The card must be flat, and no glitter of any kind can be used. {any theme}

Details for my card:
supplies:
snowflake 5x7 embossing folder, nestabilities label,and scallop circle dies, SU snowflake punch, SU heart punch, circle cutter, Stamps: SU polar bears, and sentiment {thanks snow much} brayer, Inks: going gray, taken with teal, not quite navy, night of navy, white craft.reinkers celery gable green, rose red, real red, going gray. button, silver cording.

1. emboss card, cut out all die cut shapes
2.mask lower portion of circle and apply inks with brayer from lightest to darkest color, stamp snowflakes.
3.stamp image on watercolor paper and color with reinkers and aquapainter, cut out and attach to circle.
4. add snowflake, button, heart and silver bow, stamped circles, and sentiment.
