It all started with an adorable book called "pinkalicious" its Brooke's favorite , and so the party planning is in full all on pink mode!

If you are not familiar with this sweet story, its about a girl that only wants to eat pink cupcakes...and ends up turning pink, she lands herself at the doctors office with pinkititis! {how fun is that} and the only way to get rid of it is to eat all green food!

At the party we will serve cupcakes of course, and lots of pink food...with green food to cure us if we end up with pinkititis :) I will be bringing you all of the PINK PINK PINK projects for the party in the next few days....but for now my pinkalicious cupcake invitations!

EEEEEK! that's me imitating Brooke when she sees her invitation, at 4 {almost} she is quite squealalicious! I stamped and paper pieced the
simple birthday thanks Stampin up and embossed the cupcake liner, and card base. I added ric rac and pom poms, plus a glittered cherry on top! Yummo

I couldn't leave well enough alone ,instead of being invited all the guests are "pink-vited" I can't wait to show you all the rest!
Don't forget we are celebrating our 1st Birthday at
cuttlebug challenge blog, all of our challenges are birthday related this month and as my gift to you I will have a party favor {blog candy} each week for anyone who leaves me a comment and enters the challenge, check this Wednesday for the party favor of the week!

Hello! This invitation is BEAUTIFUL! I am starting to plan my daughter's pinkalicious 4th birthday party and am looking for creative invitation ideas. How does the stamp work? (I am a beginner at this sort of thing!) Do you stamp it for the outline and then cut out? Do the words come out too? I just bought a Cricut and was going to look for a cartridge with cupcakes in it. Not sure if that exists. Any of your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for sharing!
