Fall acorn pillow boxes

Over the years pillow boxes have been decorated, and altered into all types of animals, shapes, and even ornaments. I thought I would make acorns from my medium sized kraft SRM pillow boxes.

I started with a few leaves and an acorn top cut with my Silhouette Cameo, SRM planner stickers, and a leaf die from Richard Garay

Trim the bottom of the pillow box into an acorn shape, I used a pencil to draw my shape and hand trimmed the boxes, then used a strong adhesive to close the bottom.

Stamp the word fall in versamark ink and emboss.

Close the top, and add the acorn top and embellish!

I inked the edges of the leaves, and used a wink of stella pen to add a bit of shimmer!

A pretty place setting, or gift card holder for someone who loves all things pumpkin spice season! :)
This was one of the most enjoyable little projects I've made in a while!

Fish bowl box

I'm sharing a fun packaging post I did for SRM press a little bit ago, my summer schedule is always unpredictable and totally crazy.... so I'm a bit behind on my posting!

So I love all things gifty, like obsessively love to give themed gifts and for a fun summer treat what could be more fun than sweedish fish in a fish bowl box?!!

All the details can be found here but here is the quick rundown, I used a window box and fitted a Silhouette cut over the window, super easy and adorable!

Sweet treats, cute little favor, or an elaborate invitation, these boxes are so much fun to make and give! XOXO Shantaie
