It's been so sunny, warm and {sorry to brag} perfectly gorgeous outside that I have wanted to spend every minute I can outside! I was that kid that stayed outside all day, always in search of adventures and more often than not creating them where they did not exist! I remember the first time my Mother told me "you have a good imagination" it struck a cord within me and as you can guess I spent the rest of my life letting my imagination have free reign!
Enter the peep show, that is these sweet candy window pouches I cut with my Silhouette and filled with gold foil chocolates.
As I mentioned in yesterdays post I love the idea of an entire Easter basket filled with handcrafted goodies, but this is the one of the few things I finished in time to nestle in among the other gifties!
I altered the original cut with an oval window and scallop edge, the bunnies are coated with clear coarse glitter and small brads were used for eyes. I tried enamel accents but it bled into the glitter creating a slightly horrifying zombie bunny....it was a disaster! LOL sooooooo I had to regroup and glitter new bunnies {word to the wise}
Embossed, beribboned, all buttoned up and ready to give!
XOXO~ Shantaie
