I'm still deciding if I think this is a Valentine or a spring card? Like a blind date set up by friends, I feel like it can go either way! giggle
I set out to make a Valentine in nontraditional colors and I did achieve "that" but it is so cheerful and bright that I am looking forward to spring things! What is your vote? The tree was cut with the Silhouette and I combined the top and trunk and offset them by .25" to create a base for the shaped card. It stands on its own even with all the foam tape and glitter!
I added several stickers to embellish the card from the same pack as the paper, its an older Echo park paper collection and I hardly ever use all those cute stickers!
I'm so proud of myself for sticking to my plan to continue use things that I have in my crafty stash in new ways {or just to use them at all} :)
Have fun creating with your crafty stash! XOXO Shantaie
