Gold Dot Graduation

Its that time of year, a time to honor years of scholarly pursuits! Lets face it for every graduate this is the biggest moment of their lives up to this point!

Bring on the graduation caps, graduation parties, and last but not least graduation gifts! As far as I'm concerned there are three ways to go when talking about gifts for the newly graduated
1. A keepsake or major purchase to have and hold for years to come
2.Item(s) for the next phase of life such as dorm room or apartment supplies, or
3, Cash and gift cards (possibly the most favored gift) It's not my favorite to give, but lets face it you can never buy the wrong size money!

This sweet muslin bag is all set for giving and is the perfect size for cash, a gift card, or a golden treasure!

I started by dipping a sponge dauber into gold ink and creating the dots onto the bag. I then selected a few random dots to highlight with a glittered ring by tracing the outline with scattered straw distress stickles, I also placed a few tiny dots on the bag between the big gold dots.

I finished the bag with a sweet little graduation sentiment along the bottom of the bag and a die cut pink, white and gold tag (cut with the Silhouette) featuring a graduation sentiment sticker from SRM all tied together with a thick pink velvet ribbon and pink and white twine...a simply sublime gift bag!

Be sure to check back in to see the Pink and gold card I made to coordinate with this bag!
happy creating~ Shantaie
