We love to grill so a BBQ themed Father's Day seemed prefect too!
It was fun to surprise David with his deck cooler {that was surprisingly easy to hide from him, he almost always finds out about his gift before he should!} and other misc chill and grill gifts like a giant flipper and a trio of gourmet rubs. The guys made him a handmade card too, it was legal paper with a funny sentiment written with a sharpie...
I spent hours on a card, they spent 3 minutes, but he loved them both equally! LOL
All the cuts were made with the Silhouette, and the papers are all from Echo park.I had a lot of fun with this card despite taking "for-near-ever"!
Being in my secondary craft space, I have very few things to work with here in New York as compared to my craft studio back at home, so it takes longer to design and I always wish I had a tool or embellishment that I don't have on hand! *this is my mini pity party* moving on! ;)
Hoping you are having a wonderful day, I plan to enjoy a BBQ, make a card or two and park myself in front of the TV to watch Game of Thrones with a bowl of popcorn and and good friends!
happy eating!
