Fire In Your New shoes

I have a soft spot for pink and black, be it pale taffy colored hues of pink or bright shocking pink, black is always a gorgeous contrast!  I discovered this tissue paper-esque ribbon at world market about a year ago and I love the crinkled ruffle at the bottom of this card. It was super easy to make with terrifically tacky tape.Just apply to card and pleat paper as you go. I topped that off with a velvet ribbon From American crafts...yummy and soft!
The purse favor was cut from the forever young Cricut cartridge, { its on sale right now} its the perfect size for a few girls night out essentials, like lip gloss, a pack of mints, a couple of band-aids {for those dancing feet} maybe even a tiny cosmetic kit! this is perfect for prom too!!!

My Daughter was recently engaged and I have been thinking this might be a cute bachelorette invitation, it would also be a fun party invitation for a sassy Birthday party! Or in my case it could be a shopping trip invite! Shoes anyone? :)

I do love the distressed flower, its probably my favorite standby! For a tutorial click here.

This fabulous Core'dinations card stock is called black magic and has a black surface and a pink core, so when its embossed and sanded the result is no less than impressive! If you like to use your cuttlebug than you really should check out the core'dinations line of card stocks, they are amazing for embossing effects!

Happy creating!
