Its been two wonderful years and I have made some lifelong friends through my crafting journey. I'm just busting at the seams with happiness that I have a chance to give a gift to one of you as my way of celebrating this awesome Groundhogs day! I would have to say my Fav dessert would have to be chocolate. Anything chocolate. I have no will power when it comes to chocolate. I even got hooked on chocolate with wine (yes wine) a couple of years ago and although it may sound crazy you just have to try it and see for yourself. Go ahead you know you want to!

I would have to say that my favorite dessert is the red velvet cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. It's two layers of red velvet cake with two layers of cheesecake and a little layer of cream cheese frosting so the white chocolate sticks on the back. YUM! I like it because it really just melts in your mouth and since it is so rich, you can take it home and enjoy it the next day. I think Sams Club carries a version of it, but it's much better in the restaurant.

I love Key Lime Pie or Tiramisu. They bring back great memories. They are very yummy to eat. I don't get to have them very often so when I do have one or the other it is very special. My husband also will say they are his favorites.
