Embossing Paint Chips!

Embossed Behr Paint Chip!
This week at cuttlebug challenge, we are featuring a color challenge!! Can I get a big *YAHOOO* For this pretty combo of turquoise and pink! I already had this paint chip, although I have no memory of what I might consider painting this color. It embossed like a smooth buttery dream......now off you go, and raid the nearest home depot {just joking}. However if you have a few of these laying in a drawer, migrate them on over to the craft area and give them a new textured life!

How to make a glittered flower:

  1. Press flower in versamark ink saturate fabric or paper
  2. coat flower with heat and stick powder, shake off excess, heat
  3. sprinkle with glitter, heat set  (tip: put lid on glitter...trust me on this)
  4. Repeat with a bunch, enjoy!

This stem was cut with my cricut cartridge straight from the nest, the bottom was trimmed to fit my card. These too cute bees are from cosmo cricket girl friday line and were painstakingly cut by hand....OK OK it was not painstaking, it was fun! *sheesh* Cant a girl "embellish" a little?  :)

Want to come over and play?
This is an easy challenge, we all love to dabble in color combos. Come on over and enter this weeks be inspired challenge. Want to see more of this dynamic duo of pink and aqua? The rest of the design team has some of the most lovely creations ever this week, please stop by and say hello.

Love it, Shantaie! I see I'm not the only one who likes to gather paint chips! Now if they'd only display them in 6 x 6!
