Rubberband Roundup!

Life is good. I jumped in on the SCS technique challenge for monday,it really "streched" me beyond my boundries.I would not have thought of this technique on my own. You take several rubberbands and wrap them around a block wood or acrylic will work, then ink them up with embossing ink,I used versamark. Apply emossing powder and sponge on additional colors.
The embossed areas will resist the sponged inks. This color combo is also a stretch for me,Im not usualy a groovy guava fan but it works so well with chocolate chip and so saffron. I totaly love this sale-a-bration stamp set from stampin'up! polka dot punches, and layerd my flowers for a raised look.Dimensionals are truly one of my most used products. I colored my flowers with guava ink using my blender pen.
The chocolate chip flower centers were coated with crystal effects for shine. and popped up with dimensionals as well. I hope you try the rubberband roundup its so much fun to see how it will turn out!
