DC091 SCS Challenge

Shooting Stars
Mondays demo challenge was to make a card using a crimped envelope. I LOVE stars and of course had to have this sizzix die cut stars#2 15.95 in the stampin'Up! catalog.

Kiwi kiss and baja breeze were used for my stars then sponged with chocolate chip ink using a sponge dauber. I had a few close to cocoa buttons hanging around from another project and placed them on with a glue dot . A little linnen thread, and a few dimensionals, are just the right accessories.

This is a standard size envelope, sealed closed then cut the top off. Run it through the crimper and make a card that will slide inside. The insert is a 4" card with wish stamped in choc. from define your life. I also stamped versa mark with the dots from big bold birthday around the edges.

I love the colors and texture the crimping adds! Great card for a guy or a girl!

I haven't started doing the demo challenges, but I definitely need to! Great card, and I love the texture, too.
